Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer - we'll always keep you posted.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.95 on all U.S. orders. Orders over $100 ship free. Most orders ship via USPS; larger orders may ship via UPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

 

Where We Ship

 

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Tracking Your Order

 

A tracking number is provided on every order. If you haven't received a shipping notification within 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out and we'll check on it for you.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Please allow 2 business days after a delivered status before reaching out, as packages sometimes show delivered a little early.
