Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you stitch. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
What We Accept
We accept returns on unopened kits and canvases in their original condition.
What We Can't Accept
Opened kits (once a kit is opened, we're unable to resell it)
The digital beginner guide and any other digital products
Sale or final-sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong thing, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to a damaged item or our error, we'll cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Email christie@stitchschool.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and I'll walk you through it.
