Here's a little more on the five stitches from your card:

Continental — The easiest place to start. One diagonal stitch at a time, steady and

 hard to mess up.

Basketweave — Diagonal rows that lock together for a smooth, durable finish. Great for backgrounds and larger areas.

Slanted Gobelin — A longer diagonal stitch that covers ground fast, with a subtle

 ribbed texture.

Vertical Parisian — Alternating long and short stitches in a column, for a little extra texture.

Stem — A soft curving stitch, perfect for stems, vines, and graceful lines.
